{"id":577,"date":"2024-07-19T21:46:45","date_gmt":"2024-07-19T14:46:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elsilarekayasahijau.com\/2024\/07\/10\/about-us\/?p=577"},"modified":"2024-07-19T23:03:20","modified_gmt":"2024-07-19T16:03:20","slug":"pertek-air-limbah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elsilarekayasahijau.com\/2024\/07\/10\/about-us\/erh\/577\/","title":{"rendered":"PERTEK AIR LIMBAH"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Definisi Persetujuan Teknis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan nomor 5 Tahun 2021 tentang Tata Cara Penerbitan Persetujuan Teknis dan Surat Kelayakan Operasional Bidang Pengendalian Pencemaran Lingkungan, definisi persetujuan teknis adalah persetujuan dari pemerintah pusat atau daerah berupa ketentuan mengenai standar perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup dan\/atau analisis mengenai dampak lalu lintas usaha dan\/atau kegiatan sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kegiatan yang Wajib Mengajukan Persetujuan Teknis (Pertek) Pemenuhan Baku Mutu Air Limbah (BMAL)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan nomor 5 Tahun 2021 tentang Tata Cara Penerbitan Persetujuan Teknis dan Surat Kelayakan Operasional Bidang Pengendalian Pencemaran Lingkungan dalam Pasal 3 ayat (1) dijelaskan bahwa setiap usaha dan\/atau kegiatan wajib AMDAL atau UKL-UPL yang melakukan kegiatan pembuangan dan\/atau pemanfaatan air limbah wajib memiliki persetujuan teknis dan SLO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kegiatan yang dimaksud dengan pemanfaatan dan\/atau pembuangan air limbah meliputi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Pembuangan air limbah ke badan air permukaan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Pembuangan air limbah ke formasi tertentu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Pemanfaatan air limbah ke formasi tertentu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Pemanfaatan air limbah untuk aplikasi ke tanah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Pembuangan air limbah ke laut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Definisi Persetujuan Teknis Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan nomor 5 Tahun 2021 tentang Tata Cara Penerbitan Persetujuan Teknis dan Surat Kelayakan Operasional Bidang Pengendalian Pencemaran Lingkungan, definisi persetujuan teknis adalah persetujuan dari pemerintah pusat atau daerah berupa ketentuan mengenai standar perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup dan\/atau analisis mengenai dampak lalu lintas usaha dan\/atau [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":614,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-577","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.9 -
