Dasar Hukum Penyusunan Rincian Teknis Penyimpanan Limbah B3<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 22 Tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2021 tentang Tata Cara dan Persyaratan Pengelolaan Limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Kewajiban Bagi Penghasil Limbah B3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2021 tentang Tata Cara dan Persyaratan Pengelolaan Limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun, setiap penghasil Limbah B3 wajib menyimpan sementara Limbah B3 yang dihasilkannya di dalam fasilitas penyimpanan Limbah B3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Fasilitas penyimpanan ini lebih sering kita sebut dengan istilah TPS Limbah B3. Fasilitas penyimpanan Limbah B3 berfungsi sebagai tempat penampungan sebelum Limbah B3 diangkut dan dikelola lebih lanjut. Adapun bentuk fasilitas penyimpanan yang dimaksud dapat berupa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. bangunan,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. tangki dan\/atau kontainer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. silo,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. tempat tumpukan Limbah B3 (waste pile<\/em>), maupun<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. kolam penampungan Limbah B3 (waste impoundment<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Persyaratan Lokasi Fasilitas Penyimpanan Limbah B3 (TPS Limbah B3)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Ada  beberapa persyaratan lokasi penyimpanan Limbah B3 yang harus dipenuhi, di antaranya adalah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. lokasi penyimpanan harus bebas banjir,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. tidak rawan bencana alam (longsoran, bahaya gunung api, gempa bumi, sesar, sink hole<\/em>, amblesan (land subsidence<\/em>), tsunami, mud volcano<\/em>),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. apabila lokasi tidak bebas banjir dan rawan bencana alam, maka lokasi Penyimpanan Limbah B3 harus direkayasa dengan teknologi dalam rangka perlindungan dan pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Selain itu fasilitas penyimpanan Limbah B3 juga wajib dilengkapi dengan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • area bongkar muat,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • peralatan penanganan tumpahan atau ceceran Limbah B3,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • fasilitas untuk penanggulangan keadaan darurat seperti kotak P3K dan APAR, dan<\/li>\n\n\n\n
